Mavis is an HR practitioner with twenty-one (21) years’ experience in Human Resource consulting and management of which eleven (11) years have been with Quality Insurance Company (QIC) as Head of Human Resource and Administration. She previously worked with Advisory Services Department of EY Ghana for ten (10) years. She is a Senior Certified Professional of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), USA and a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) Ghana. She also holds an MA in Development Studies from University of Ghana and B.Ed. Social Sciences (Sociology & Economics) from University of Cape Coast.
