Komla G. Hodor has been with the company since 2015 as Head, Customer Experience.  Prior to joining QIC, he worked as Call Centre Workforce Planning and Analyst and Call Centre Team Lead at MTN-Ghana.  He holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) Generic from the Australian Institute of Business (AIB) Adelaide, Australia and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology Major) from University of Ghana, Legon.
